Delete your Crewd account & data

Crewd is operated by Daermei LLC. This page explains how to request deletion of your account and associated personal data, as required for our Google Play listing.

How to request account deletion

Send an email to support@daermei.net from the same email address you use to sign in to Crewd (your account email).
Use the subject line: Crewd account deletion request (or include those words in the message).
In the body, state that you want your Crewd account and associated data deleted. You may include your display name if it helps us match your account.

What we delete

After we verify your request, we will delete or anonymize personal data tied to your account where we are not required to retain it by law, including for example:

Your profile (display name, photo, phone, date of birth, gender, and other profile fields you provided)
Your authentication account record (email / OAuth linkage) with our provider, as part of closing the account
Activities you created, participations, waitlists, comments, and in-app content attributable to you
Notification preferences and device push identifiers associated with your account

What we may retain and why

Legal & safety: Limited records may be kept where required for fraud prevention, disputes, safety investigations, or legal obligations (e.g. short-term logs or anonymized aggregates).
Aggregated / de-identified data: Statistics that do not identify you may be retained.

Timing

We will confirm receipt when practical and process verified deletion requests within a reasonable time, typically within 30 days, unless a longer period is required by law or exceptional circumstances (we will explain if so).

Other options

You can adjust location, email, and push settings inside the app without deleting your account. For questions, use Support.
