Important: Crewd does not conduct background checks, verify that users are who they claim to be, or supervise in-person meetings. Trust and safety are shared responsibilities. If you ever feel unsafe, leave the situation and contact local emergency services when appropriate.

Meeting people from the app

Meet in public, well-lit places for the first few times; avoid sharing your home address early.
Tell someone you trust where you are going and when you expect to return.
Arrange your own transportation when possible.
Do not feel pressured to share financial information, passwords, or intimate content.
Be cautious with alcohol, late-night isolated locations, and activities beyond your skill or fitness level.

Sports & physical activity

Activities may involve physical exertion. Consult a physician if you have health concerns. You participate at your own risk. Crewd does not provide medical, coaching, or insurance advice.

Payments & money

If users share costs (e.g., venue fees), those arrangements are between participants. Crewd is not a party to those transactions. Use payment methods you trust; beware of scams and requests for prepaid cards or wire transfers to strangers.

Respectful community

Be inclusive and respectful; no hate speech, slurs, or targeted harassment.
No sexual content involving minors, non-consensual imagery, or exploitation.
Do not spam, manipulate ratings, or coordinate abuse of the reporting or dispute features.
Respect hosts’ and venues’ rules; leave locations as you found them.

Reporting concerns

If someone violates these guidelines, makes you uncomfortable, or appears to be in danger, use in-app reporting or blocking where available, and contact us at the email below. For imminent danger, call your local emergency number.

Ratings & feedback

Reputation features are community opinions, not professional certifications. Disputes should be handled through the tools we provide and, when necessary, through appropriate legal or platform channels.
